Peter Urban is Vice President with KFA, Inc. and a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP). With a degree in architecture and over twenty (20) years’ experience, he is a specialist in software solutions for design, construction, and facility management, with a focus on program and project management solutions for large and complex capital programs. Peter has deep expertise in successfully implementing project management information system (PMIS) solutions, including analysis, specification, design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, support, and administration. He has worked with various software applications on dozens of PMIS implementation projects for numerous public and private clients, in transit, transportation, infrastructure, higher ed and K-12, including over twenty (20) e-Builder implementations. He has taken on all aspects – leading, advising, and working hands on – and has delivered solutions that resulted in high adoption and great client satisfaction.

Harold Concepcion

Program Director at Miami-Dade County Water & Sewer Department

Mr. Concepcion worked at Bank of Credit & Commerce International as a bank officer, where he designed and develop a voucher printing system, an outward remittance system and a dealing room booking and confirmation system ensuring Federal Reserve Requirements were met thus increasing investment opportunities.

In the past 32 years, Mr. Concepcion has been working at Miami-Dade County where he managed the implementation of County’s assessment of Impact Fees, implemented the County’s first electronic toll collection system, managed the civil violation and remediation process, and was responsible for the implementation of the County’s 311 system. He served on the Executive Board for Sunshine State One Call. Recently he has implemented e-Builder incorporating other County Departments, State and Local Regulatory Agencies including local Municipalities into the Utility Construction Process managed by WASD. He has now gone live with WASD’s CIP e-Builder implementation managing its 7 billion dollar capital program.
