A: No, we are not offering certification classes as a part of Elevate this year, but we will offer a round of virtual classes in Q4. Be sure to check our agenda for an updated schedule.
A: Payment can be made via major credit card through out registration platform, Cvent. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept payment via check this year.
A: Cancellations can be made via email to ebelevate-ug@e-builder.net. For a full refund, you must cancel by September 14th, 2021. After this date, there will be no cancellations or refunds.
A: Yes, we will be offering “Book time with an Expert” appointments during the general conference hours. A week prior to the conference, you will receive access to the Hubb.me platform where you can book your appointment time.
A: Yes - we will have live Q&A sessions in the main track of Elevate following each presentation for approximately 10-15 minutes. In the secondary tracks, we will not have live Q&A. The secondary tracks will have chat-based Q&A for speakers to address throughout the session.
A: September 21st will be approximately 3 hours from 3-6pm EST, with a special Celebrate Elevate event at the end of that day. September 22 & 23 will be approximately 6 hours from 11am - 5pm EST.
If something kept you from attending virtual Elevate, you’ll be pleased to know that we have all of the sessions On-Demand.
