A: We are using a platform called Hubb.me. As we get closer to the conference, you will receive information of how to login and access Hubb.me

A: No, we are not offering certification classes as a part of Elevate this year, but we will offer a round of virtual classes in Q4. Be sure to check our agenda for an updated schedule.

A: Payment can be made via major credit card through out registration platform, Cvent. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept payment via check this year.

No, this year there is not a group registration discount. However, you can register a group to make the registration process easier.

A: Cancellations can be made via email to ebelevate-ug@e-builder.net. For a full refund, you must cancel by September 14th, 2021. After this date, there will be no cancellations or refunds.

A: Yes, you will be able to view the session recordings for a limited time after the conference ends.

A: Yes, we will be offering “Book time with an Expert” appointments during the general conference hours. A week prior to the conference, you will receive access to the Hubb.me platform where you can book your appointment time.

A: Yes - we will have live Q&A sessions in the main track of Elevate following each presentation for approximately 10-15 minutes. In the secondary tracks, we will not have live Q&A. The secondary tracks will have chat-based Q&A for speakers to address throughout the session.

A: September 21st will be approximately 3 hours from 3-6pm EST, with a special Celebrate Elevate event at the end of that day. September 22 & 23 will be approximately 6 hours from 11am - 5pm EST.
