How do I register for the conference?

Registration is managed through our platform CVENT. By registering online, you are able to select your certification classes, breakout sessions, and pay online.

What forms are payment are accepted for registration?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as check by invoice. Invoices will be sent automatically within 15 days from your registration date. If you register after August 31, you must pay via credit card online, unless you receive special approval from the conference team. To request payment by invoice after August 31, please contact elevateteam@e-builder.net.

Do you have a group registration discount?

Yes! We have two-tiers for group registration.

Register 5 - 10, and get one complimentary registration. Register 10 or more and receive two complimentary registrations.

*Please note: We do not give discounts on certification classes, discounts are applied to the conference portion only.

I am not an e-Builder customer, can I still attend?

If you are not an e-Builder customer please contact elevateteam@e-builder.net, and we will see if you qualify for our special program for non-customers.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, guests are allowed to attend the special events functions on Wednesday and Thursday evening. The guest fee is $150 for both events, or $75 for one.

What are the cancellation policies?

Cancellations can be made via email to elevateteam@e-builder.net. For a full refund you must cancel by August 31. After this date there will no cancellations or refunds, however, you will receive a credit to the 2019 Annual Conference.

What if I register after the cancellation date?

If you register after August 31, then you are required to pay the entire conference registration online via credit card. Invoices will only be allowed if requested. To request payment by invoice after August 31, please contact elevateteam@e-builder.net for approval.

Do I need a laptop for the certification classes?

Yes, the certification classes feature a deep-dive into e-Builder and require a laptop. We do offer the opportunity to rent laptops for $50/day. You can rent a laptop. during the registration process.

Do I earn continuing education credits for attending the certification classes?

Yes! In 2017, we launched the e-Builder Certified Professional program. To review the qualifications for the eBCP program, visit here.

Where is the conference hotel?

The conference will be held at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. The address is 3030 Holiday Drive, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33316. To book your room at the group rate, please visit here.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for Elevate is Casual. We suggest bringing a light sweater as meeting rooms tend to be cooler.

Are meals included in the conference registration?

Yes! The following meals are included in the registration:

  • Breakfast, Lunch and Refreshment Breaks
  • Wednesday Opening Reception

What is the Customer Loyalty Program? I see those attendees will receive a discount.

The e-Builder Customer Loyalty program is a way we recognize our valued customers for their innovations with e-Builder. Customers share their experiences in various way and in return gain positive exposure and brand awareness with industry peers. Will there be a conference app available?

Yes! This year the conference app will have several new features and should be available in July 2018.

Will you have conference wi-fi?

Yes, there will be conference wi-fi available all four days of the conference. The code will be given during the conference.
